Central Street Infant & Nursery School is located in the centre of Hebden Bridge, a beautiful former mill town in the heart of the Pennines. The current school was built in 1984, is easily accessible to all learners and benefits from ample playgrounds and gardens. Visitors to Central Street always comment on the beautiful learning spaces and wonderful surroundings. We truly are so proud of our school.

Central Street is part of a vibrant and creative community. At our school children are valued as individuals and encouraged to be independent, creative and enthusiastic learners. We enjoy a really positive reputation for being inclusive and welcoming - our children do well in an environment of love and care. The school has excellent relationships with the children and families and provides a safe, caring environment where children are nurtured and challenged to be the very best that they can be!
